Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge of fundamental concepts of Commercial Law.

1   Being able to understand the scope of commercial law.
2   Being able to explain the concepts of commercial enterprise, merchant, and commercial transaction.
3   Being able to distinguish trade name, business name and trademark.
4   Being able to explain the characteristics of different types of companies.
5   Being able to classify negotiable instruments.
