Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge of fundamental concepts of Commercial Law.

1   Being able to define concepts of commercial business and commercial enterprise. 2   Being able to explain the role of contracts in business relationships. 3   Being able to classify companies. 4   Being able to classify contracts. 5   Being able to explain foundation and liquidation procedures of companies.
