Course Objective

This course aims to teach properties and reactions of organic compound classes to students and to associate this knowledge with organic production sectors

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to name organic compounds.
2   To be able to draw the structural formulas of organic compounds.
3   To be able to complete the basic synthesis reactions of organic compound classes.
4   To be able to explain utilization areas of organic compound classes.
5   To be able to distinguish organic compounds each other based on their physical and chemical properties.
