Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the production methods of organic matter and to introduce the sectors that produce organic matter to the students.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to sort energy according to its sources.
2   To be able to define coal and types of coal.
3   To be able to sort products of crude oil distillation.
4   To be able to explain vegetative and animal fats and their production steps.
5   To be able to sort production steps of dye.
6   To be able to specify the steps of paper production.
7   To be able to define the products which are produced by fermentation technology.
