Course Objective

To identify the drawing system and hardware of the CAD system and apply the basic drawing rules on computing environment.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to recognize the CAD system and hardware.
2   To be able to comprehend basic information on the use of CAD drawing and set the parameters of the system.
3   To be able to express the coordinate systems of the CAD system.
4   To be able to list the basic methods of drawing geometrical shapes such as line, polygon, circle and so on.
5   To be able to sort of different methods of measuring, hatching and line types.
