Course Objective

To learn students about the comparative law of obligations

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students understand the basic principles of the Islamic law of obligations. 2   Students will learn about the different views in Bey' 3   Students will learn different views on interest. 4   Students will understand the basic principle of Islamic criminal law. 5   Students will benefit from different opinions about the halal (lawful) and haram (unlawful).
