The course aims at creative and unique designing of stilization of objects in the process from motives to design in order to develop as surface design related to finished item, methodology of planning and repeats , combination of patterns and vesture and presentation of product design.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Acquire knowledge of design types in textile
2   Know and conduct concept of stylization
3   Know and perform surface planning techniques for textile surface
4   Design innovative and functioanal products of creative and unique aesthetism
5   Know of hue concept and correlate it with patterns
6   Be aware of rapport concept and practise it on patterns
7   Combine patterns and designs.

3 Research into fabric structure and experimentation with fabrics on new material construction
4 Search for unique and creative motives and patterns
5 Uni/Multifaceted repeats of motives

9 Pattern hue relationships and color palette
10 Creation of new atmosphere with experimentation on alternative hues and textures

Creation of discussion enviroment is based on student participation in it.

Students are assessed and graded depending on;
Ability to create unique thoughts and transfer them to design
Efficient time consumption
Production of research and exploration based on assigned projects

Course Policies and Rules

.It is compulsory to maintain 70% of class attendance.
Any attempts for plagiarism result in disciplinary penalty.
Absence in the class is not a valid excuse for late submission of the projects and assignments.
In case of the late submissions, students lose point equal to one letter note for each day right after the dead-line.
