Course Objective

This course aims students to seam products like female skirt, trousers and shirt by following the process stages.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to analyse the basic cloth forms and product types and follow the process stages
2   To be able to convert fabrics in different sizes and kinds into products by using seam and all kinds of piece
3   To be able to follow the stages of skirt model application
4   To be able to follow the stages of trousers model application
5   To be able to follow the stages of shirt model application
6   To be able to perform embellishing on products by using different kinds of seam techniques

13 Preparation and the delivery of the files with a certain number of performed applications inside

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods


1.Lessons
The instructor guides the students on the use of garment machines used in ready-made clothing production.

2. Review Sessions and Class Discussions
Patterns of basic clothing forms, transferring them to the fabric on which they will be applied and making them ready for production will be carried out by the faculty member in the first hour of each lesson.

3. Applications
Application studies are carried out by following the process flows of basic clothing forms.
