Teaching students how to apply the slip technique using trowing a bowl, priming and preparing the paint of the bowls using with pigments (colorants) for the production of Miletos bowl known as ceramics of Iznik Early Ottoman period |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
In this course, after determining the typology of ot forms called Miletos, the technical drawings will be prepared by students as accordance with the actual dimensions. Students will produce their own bowl using wheel. Teaching the students how to produce these forms using wheel, application studies will be made in a workshop environment. In addition, the subject of project named history of Miletos bowls and their artistic features will be discussed in lesson and students will prepare to present their project folder. |

Further Notes About Assessment Methods |
Students will be given the project concerning the subjects given theoretical. Furthermore, they will make study of the project methods. The pass grade will be determined by commite assestment grades. |
Assessment Criteria |
The project studies exam will be evaluated out of 100; the 40% of the project, the 20% of the Class Participationes and the 40% of the commit assetment will determine the pass grade. |

Course Policies and Rules |
Students who come from after starting time of the course, even taken to the course, will be evaluated as participant a half-time. At the end of each lecture topics will be covered in the next lesson and the students are offered as a subject of their studies. The course begins before the first presentation of the studies. |
