Course Objective |
To learn toxic mechanisms of plants and foods, to classificate the toxic plant and food types and to have knowledge about general specialities of plant and food toxins, to determine the toxic potantials of plants and foods, to learn the toxic effects plants and foods, to learn diagnosis of plant and food poisonings, and to convey information about plant and food poisonings. |
