Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the general rules of competition policy and law and to provide knowledge on the practice of competition law and its institutions.

1   To learn the concepts and the institutions of competition policy and law.
2   To determine problems arising from application of competition policy and law.
3   To prevent and to solve the problems which may occur from the application of competition policy and law.
