Course Objective

To see close interactions between fashion and given projects as an integrated work
process to be likely to pave the way for new opportunities and study and understand the
transition process from designing to output in order to conceive
innovative/revolutionary essence of garment fabric.

1   Definition of fashion in artistic phenomenon
2   Correlation of fashion with aesthetics and technology
3   Analysis of step by step process from coming up with idea to its conceptualisation and exploration in the course of fashion garment design and output
4   Establishment of collaboration of garment fashion with different disciplines

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Lecturing and participation of students in lecture: Staff member is to convey prepared
texts to students through visual processes, after which a discussion medium is created.
Research Subjects and Presentations: students who have received research subjects on
lecture are to prepare what they have learned within their subjects under related
expertises with a discussion medium being created.
Applications: Enabling students to transfer what they have learned in related
scientific fields to practical skills and analise therein.
