Course Objective

It is aimed to state application of Collective Labor Law rules and provisions by the Turkish Courts, in the light of the knowledge taken during graduate degree related to collective labor law and analyze Supreme Court decisions.

3 Case study on determining industrial branch and objection to this determining in the light of Supreme Court decisions
4 Case study related to trade union affiliation and Union Freedom
5 Case study on union securities in the light of Supreme Court decisions
6 Case study related to the termination of labor contract and union indemnity
7 Case Study
8 Midterm Exam
9 Jugement, Period and Expiration of Collective Labor Agreement
10 Case study on the application of collective labor agreement and Binding of collective labor agremeent for the employer in the lights of Supreme Court decisions
11 Establishment collective labor agreement (Authorization and capacity to conclude a collective labor agreement)
12 Case study on the subject of concepts of strike and lockout (illegal strike and lockout)
13 Supreme Court decision analysis on the procedure of strike and postponement and prohibition of strike
14 Case study related to illegal strike and lockout
