Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide a comprehensive overview of the legal framework of international trade law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to demonstrate understanding of main issues and legal concepts of international trade law 2   be able to identify and analyze the basic principles of international trade law 3   be able to follow current development in the field in order to discuss relevant topics 4   be able to identify problems in international trade disputes
