Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide the student with the advanced level of knowledge of the current problems of international law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   acquire advanced knowledge in international law discipline. 2   evaluate critically the acquired knowledge on basic concepts, theories and applications. 3   define and analyse conflicts which require specialization, offer a resolution by refering to related theoretical approaches, reach a conclusion and report it both verbally and in writing. 4   achive self-disipline and take responsibility for their own actions and decisions. 5   develop skills of critical analysis in relation to the political, socio-cultural, economic and legal developments in national and international agenda.
