To develop students acting skills by applying activities in repertoire familiarization; situation, sense and character creation; and brainstorming and conversation studies to selected opera scenes. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
The teaching method is applied with a personalized approach, and `one-to-one teaching methods are implemented. Throughout the semester, an opera piece is given to each student in order for him/her to interpret this with musical accompaniment. The student is first asked to make a pre-study of the plot, character, period and place associations. Then the piece is practiced with piano accompaniment on stage. |
