Course Objective

In this course, programming CNC Lathe and CNC Milling Machine aimed to gain the adequacy of workpieces.

1 CNC turning lathe features, parts of CNC turning lathe, CNC turning lathe working principles, Bench coordinate axes, reference points, the control panel types, the control panel keys and features of the cutter and workpiece material relationship
2 Breaker types, properties and uses of, cutter compensation settings, Tool holders and fasteners, the zero points of work peice
3 Cutter staff and properties, cutting depth, angle and advances given transaction, rough machining depth account, Connecting apparatus, Connecting the control instruments, methods of resetting the workpiece,
4 CNC lathe programming using cycles
5 Definition and importance of the simulation, simulation programs,
6 The error codes used in programming, the progress counter mode settings, measurement and control equipment, measurement control equipment, measurement and control of the factors
7 Mid-term exam
8 Mid-term exam
9 Straightness, flatness and roundness, surface roughness measuring, CNC milling, lathe specifications, lathe parts CNC milling, CNC milling and lathe work principles
