Course Objective

The objective of the course is to define the meaning and importance of the Theory of Photography and its relation with History of Photography through an interdisciplinaire and intertextual vision.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to define the Theory of Photography
2   Be able to determine the scope of the Theory of Photography
3   Get to know about the classical texts of the Theory of Photography
4   To analyze the connections between the Theory of Photography and the History of Photography
5   Evaluate the information he/she gathered with regards to the Theory of Photography in a critical way
