Course Objective

Introduction and identification to maneuvering and navigation and troubleshooting of machinery in engine room in respects of safety precautions during watchkeeping.

8 Fuel and lubricating oil pipeline systems and safe bunkering operations
9 Cooling water pipeline system and operation
10 Propulsion system, intermediate and tail shafting system and its operation
11 Fuel system, fuel pump and injectors
12 Operation and maintenance of separators
13 Operation and maintenance of deck machinery
14 Safety precautions during engine room watch
