Course Objective

To introduce the concept of enterpreneur and enterpreneurship, to develop business ideas and to teach how the business plan should be prepared .To teach the students the imaginary company ,the process of the activities and the steps necessary for the liquidation of the firm and make them practice these.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To identify the business ideas and the business plan.
2   To apply the rules needed to implement the corporate organization.
3   To realize the importance of team work in company organizations.
4   To teach the process of an imaginary corporation from tha beggining to the end of its activities.
5   To evaluate the positive and negative aspects of all activities during the liguidation of the company.

4 The steps needed to be carried out in founding corporation
5 The basic and private objectives in founding a firm.
6 Identıfıyıng the businesss ideas for the imaginary company and the election of the administrative board.
7 Identıfıyıng the businesss ideas for the imaginary company and the election of the administrative board.
8 Taking the official registration approval of the corporationl and determination of the sales strartegies.
9 Studying of the legal structures of companies
10 Marketing and production Plans
11 Planning corporational campus activity.
12 Planning financial and cost account.
13 Preparation of annual income and expense report for the liqudation of the company.
