Course Objective

The purpose of this course, the hospitals that make up the quality of service quality "technical" and "perceived quality" dimensions of a holistic approach to promote and ensure the transfer of information to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of the hospitals. For this reason we will focus on the basic concepts of quality in hospitals and hospital service users and stakeholders will be discussed. Course, attitudes and behaviors of service providers in hospitals to measure the impact on patients' expectations and perceptions of patient assessment, to determine the importance levels of service quality dimensions and patient satisfaction will be discussed. Hospitals also accreditation, standardization of systems for the self-assessment, quality management systems in hospitals (9001, 22000, OHSAS 18001, 13485, 14971, 15189, 27000, 27 799), the logic of system installation and certification, quality documentation, samples, and field applications will be dealt with topics such as.
