Course Objective

In vitro neural and glial cell culture methods and molecular neurobiological methods will be covered.

2 Neuronal cell culture
3 Glial cell culture (ologodendrocyte, microglia)
4 Assessment of neuronal death Assessment of neuronal apoptosis
5 Immun methods in neuroglial cells ( Immunfluorescence staining, Western-blotting)
