Course Objective

The aim of this course the acquisition of basic knowledge about cancer research specific cell cultures which is one of the techniques commonly used techniques associated with it
and to introduce the necessary tools to make cell culture and related laboratory methods and thus their thesis and research projects associated with cancer cell culture studies will continue.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Capable of outlined in the culture of cancer cells can express (knowledge).
2   Be able to apply the basic methods of Cancer cell culture (Application)
3   Be able to recognize and understand the types of cancer cells
4   Be able to identify of Cancer cell viability, and interpret (evaluation)

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Theoretical and applied Lectures, cancer cell culture practices, transactions related to the cell culture itself by given a cell to students to practice with it, presentation about the culture of cancer cells by students, giving a homework and having a final exam.
Students will prepare homework related to primary cancer cell cultures of lung cancer, breast and colon cancer.

The learner will clearly define outlined cancer cell culture which will evaluate with presentations prepared by themselves, homework and their laboratory applications .
2. The learner will clearly apply basic methods of cancer cell culture laboratory practices.

3. The learner will assignments related to the cancer cell types, making the presentation and homework.
4. The learner will clearly identify and interpret of cancer cell viability with laboratory practices
5. The learner will recognize cancer cell culture studies; will evaluate with homework, prepared presentations by themselves and exam.
