Course Objective

The purpose of this course, students to train Mammalian cell cycle phases, the molecular mechanisms and their control checkpoints and theoretical knowledge about the mechanisms of apoptosis.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To discuss and compare, various types of tissue cells differences between the characteristics the division and similarities.
2   To explain the processes phases of the cell cycle and cell death in the natural and unnatural way
3   To describe and compare stages of the cell cycle and apoptosis, and autophagic cell death and Necroptosis types.
4   Explains the processes and mechanisms of cell cycle checkpoints.
5   To classifies types Apoptosis and autophagic cell death and Necroptosis. Students capable of describe this types of death changes in cell morphology.
6   To describe and comparing Apoptosis, autophagic cell death and Necroptosis techniques
7   To describe and compare the cell cycle checkpoints and techniques used in determining the mechanisms.
