Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide the students to be able to develope a scale according to classic and modern methods.

1   To discuss regarded with the basic terms of scale and scaling.
2   To distinguish differences between test, scale and inventory.
3   To discuss clasical methods in scale development.
4   To discuss modern methods in scale development.
5   To discuss reliability of developed scale with modern and classical methods
6   To apply confirmatory factor analysis.
