Course Objective

Recognising the problems that the school and the school administrators encounter in the management process and developing recommendations and a perspective towards the solution of these problems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Understanding the purpose, and the function of the school and its place in the education system.
2   2. Having an opinion about the selection, training, appointment and the must-have qualities of the school administrators
3   3. Obtaining information about the personnel service (Teacher, administrator, officer, janitor etc.) in the school.
4   4. Recognising the problems related to the student services.
5   5. Understanding the problems related to the teaching services.
6   Evaluating the problems related to the educational services
7   7. Examining the problems related to school organization
8   8. Learning about other issues encountered outside the scope of the school principal duties.
