Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to conduct an unique research that is determined by the students and course instructor in the light of recent scientific and technological development. Throughout this course, students will be conducted theoretical and experimental mathematic education research on the selected subjects to support teaching and learning these subjects.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning the fundemental concepts of scientific research methods, and having ability to complete a research on a selected subject that are related to these fundemental concepts
2   Having an ability to do literature review in order to follow the recent studies in mathematics education
3   Understanding the importance and necessity of the scientific research, and having ability to reflect what they learn about the importance and necessity of the research on their own studies
4   Understandign the general process and steps of scientific research, and improve and complete this research by following the rules
5   Designing, applying, writing and presenting a matehamtics education study,
