Course Objective

To examine place of pragmatic in teaching of French starting from the basic principles of pragmatic which occupy a place important between theories of linguistic; to analyze articles and books written; to make the students doing works for this domain.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Apprehend basic principles of pragmatic.
2   Apprehend distinction between basic principles of pragmatic and the other terms of linguistic.
3   Apprehend theoretical evolution of semiotic.
4   Apprehend the role of semiotic in teaching foreign languages, especially in teaching French.
5   Analyze contributions of acts of languages for communicative approach.
6   Apprehend the role of pragmatic in the fields of literature.
7   Apprehend contributions of pragmatic in theory of interaction.
