Course Objective

The conditions of implementation of the modern protection measures, which are introduced in order to ensure that the criminal procedure is carried out and that the decisions to be made at the end of the trial are not left on paper and that the trial costs are met and that require the intervention to some fundamental rights and freedoms before the verdict, and the implementation of these measures in a way that requires the least intervention to fundamental rights and freedoms. to have information about.

5 Physical examination of the suspects and other persons other than the accused and the features of the protection measure of taking samples from the body
6 Molecular genetic studies
7 Midterm exam
8 Characteristics of the protection measure for the control of communication through telecommunications
9 Characteristics of the protection measure for the supervision of communication via telecommunication
10 Appointment of a secret investigator
