Course Objective

The aim of the course is to examine the basic features of protection measures and the basic principles that have a command of protection measures, and especially the protection measures organized between 90-134 in criminal procedure law in the theory and practice.

2   To know the principles of protection measures
3   To master the classification of protection measures in criminal procedure
4   To be able to examine classical protection measures in criminal procedure in the light of theory and practice
5   To grasp the human rights dimension of protection measures
