Course Objective

Investigation is one of the important face of criminal procedural law. This course is aimed to have enough knowledge for judging and sentencing with indispensable principles of state under the rule of law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	To associate rule of law principle with criminal judging.
2	To learn persons who are participated in criminal judging and elements of criminal judging
3	To state the roles of elements in criminal judging.
4	To comprehend importance of defence right.
5	To learn process of law.
