Course Objective

The objective is to analyse the prevailing conceptions and rules of collective labour
law in detail and to use this set of knowledge in the area of collective labour
relations and disputes occuring in the practice.

1   To be able to indicate the fundamental conceptions regarding collective labour
2   To be able to comment on the provisions of legislation regulating collective
3   To be able to solve cases to which collective labour law rules are directed
4   To be able to discuss the legislation on collective labour relations in consideration of the doctrines views
