Course Objective

Objective of this course is to teach the Contract law and legal order of the European Union

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to interpret the establishment process of the European Unions Internal Market, , 2   2 to explain legal extension of European Unions internal market, 3   3 to explain and assess the freedom of movement in European Unions internal market 4   4 to manifest the competition policy of the European Unions internal market, 5   5 to note the remedies for breach of contract by the seller in contracts for the international sale of goods
