Course Objective

The lecture will mainly focus on the theory and practice of the Competition Law in Türkiye in the light of the Law regarding the Protection of Competition Nr. 4054 and the actual decisions of the Turkish Competition Authority.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description 1 Generally Competition Law General information of Competition Law will be studied. 2 No 4054 Competition Protection Law and its scope of application. No 4054 Competition Protection Law and related court decisions will be studied. 3 Consideration of Current Decisions of Competition Committee Competition Committee and its decisions will be studied. 4 Generally Competition Ban Competition Ban and it's application will be studied. 5 Discussion of court Decisions. Court Decisions will be examined.
