Course Objective

In this course, to evaluate liability of professionals of health and important for private law that are patient's rights, liability of drug manufacturer and etc. within framework methods of Supreme Court decision and discussions will be taken up.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to identify the principles of the liability of health law.
2   Be able to evuluate the situations of liabilities of health law
3   Be able to determine scientific studies, given the judicial decisions and legislations in the field of liability on health law.
4   Be able to identfy problems that may have occurred the light of especially liabilities of doctors and pharmaceutical manufacturer and patient's rights.
5   Be able to produce opinions critical, reasoned and open to debate in the field of health law.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 generally the concept of responsibility and Legal Liability, Characteristics of Legal Liability on Law of Health.
2 Terms of legal liability, contradiction to law and termination of contradiction (legality reasons)
3 liabilities with and without fault.
4 Legal Responsibility of Health Personnel and Institutions and organizations that provide health services (private and state hospitals).
5 Liability of Pre-Contract, contractual and non-Contracting.
6 Liabilites of Employers and Person who benefit an assistant.
7 Contracts of agency, work and liability reasons of action without letter of authority.
8 patience's rights, doctor's rights, Between Medical and Legal Ethics Connection, Lighting the patient and and his relavites then gaining their
9 Organ and Tissue Transplantation
10 Liability of Drug and Pharmaceutical manufacturer
11 doctor's and Hospital Operator's disposal clause from liability.
