Course Objective

It is targeted to learn the reasons of current problems regarding individual labour law, the related court decisions and doctrine s point of view about these problems by analyzing the relevant issues in a systematical method.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the issues of individual labour law
2   To be able to clarify the functions of the rules that will propose a solution to the issues
3   To be able to make a connection between the norms of labour law and current problems
4   To be able to analyze the present applications of labour law and court decisions in particular
5   To be able to evaluate new proposals for regulation in terms of current problems
6   To be able to reach a synthesis of individual labour law regulations related with each other

14 The protection of women, children and young workers
