Course Objective

Port Economics explores fundamental issues in port operation and management from the economic perspective, including port planning and development, competition, pricing, performance management, policies and regulations

1   To enhance strategic decision-making skills through analysis and integrated perspective
2   To understand core general economic concepts as applicable to the ports sector
