Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   They will learn the methods and ways of solutions for contemporary problems of Fiqh.
2   They will gain the ability of interpreting the Islamic jurisprudence according to modern problems.
3   They will understand the flexibility values of the sources in Islamic jurisprudence.
4   They will develop a holistic view on contemporary events through universal rules .
5   They will develop the ability solving faster the problems with these universal rules instead of dealing with much more details.
