Course Objective

Students are frequently encountered in all aspects of business life, raising awareness about issues of organizational behavior, behavioral science to inform about the concepts and application techniques. To analyze behavioral and managerial problemsa at individual, group and organizational level. in the lights of these, to develop recommendations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To explain and examine human behavior in organizations.
2   To synthesis of theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of organizational behavior that question the effects of business life.
3   To identifie the performance impact of human behavior in organizations.
4   To detect organizations' motivation, leadership, decision-making, commitment
