Course Objective

To introduce the students general obligations of the parties in labour law, in this regard provide to know the main points of the termination of the labour contract encountered each legal situation,
explaining the qualities of the elements of the termination of the labour contract, so provide to find solutions encountered the situations in work life.

1   Being able to identify the obligations of workers
2   Being able to find out the obligations arising from the employment contract the employer
3   Being able to identify term termination, job security and refund
4   Being able to examine states of the termination
5   Being able to define the conditions of the severence pay obligation resulting from the termination of the employment contract
6   Being able to determine the establishment, conditions and expiration of the validity of the labour contracts in general.
7   Being able to examine several important condition for Labor law faced in working life in the light of the decisions of the Supreme Court
