Course Objective

In the development of enterprise competitiveness and economic and social development increasing human capital s formation, protection and selection to improve evaluate the areas of domestic and foreign scientific research, discuss. Türkiye's awareness of the problems in this area, to increase with small-scale scientific the research, contribute to the solution by developing proposals.
