Course Objective

The aim of this course is to analyze the structure, process and results of social systems in terms of the creation and distribution of income in the process of globalization.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To compare the developments in the field of social politics in different country groups
2   To learn the elements influencing social policy in global and local scale
3   To analyze effects of free movement of labour on the EU in terms of social and economic
4   To compare the change of production, division of labour, labour market, and implementation of social policies on a global scale in terms of time and space.
5   To discuss social and economic crisis and transformations in the global scale in the context of the labor market and to evaluate their effects on Türkiye.
