Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach students the theoretical knowledge about employee's occupational health and safety behavior to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases, and to gain students the ability to study the psychological dimension of occupational health and safety.

1   Being able to define concepts and characteristics of safety behaviour
2   Being able to understand management system of safety behaviour
3   Being able to analyze the relationship between occupational safety conditions and safety behaviour
4   Being able to evaluate the employee's level of safety behavior
5   Being able to comprehend the methods to improve the employee's safety behavior
