Course Objective

A significant portion of the various risks and threats that arise in urban areas with high population density are not military essentially. For this reason, security in settlements is no longer provided solely by military means and capabilities. The fact that the definition of safety has expanded requires diversification of methods to combat risks and threats. In this context, it is important that economic, socio-cultural tools are used in coordination with the support of law enforcement agencies in the context of strategic administration, adopting adopting the concept of "integrated approach" in other words and applying it. The aim of the course is to evaluate the topics that may arise from different subjects and will distrupt and / or to remove urban security in possible risk analysis, to convey the necessary administrative structures and various policy measures and practices.
