The students will be informed about constitutional economy and public choice theory.

1   Be able to have information about constitutional economy
2   Be able to establish the realtions of fiscal rule and constitutional economy
3   Be able to have analyze of welfare state and optimal state
4   Be able to handdle the regional development and localization within the context of public choice theory
5   Be able to establish the relations of rent seeking, degeneration and fiscal rule
