Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide the students with the advanced level of knowledge of the international law of the sea.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   acquire advanced knowledge in the international law of the sea. 2   evaluate critically the acquired knowledge on basic concepts, disputes and cases. 3   define and analyze conflicts which require specialization, offer a resolution by refering to related theoretical approaches, reach a conclusion and report it both verbally and in writing. 4   achive self-discipline and take responsibility for their own actions and decisions 5   develop skills of critical analysis in relation to the political, socio-cultural, economic and legal developments in national and international agenda
