Course Objective

Being able to prepare the master budget and using it as a means of planning and internal auditing.

1   Being able to knowe the scope of the budgetary system of a business
2   Being able to prepare the individual budgets in the budgetary system
3   Being able to prepare the responsibility reports
4   Being able to evaluate and calculate performance indicators for profit and investment centers
5   Being able to use Excel for budgeting purposes.
