Course Objective

To find relationship between historyand future comprehending Turkish culture and civilization development.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to comprehend Turkish culture in the fields of language, literature, epics, mythology, notions, philosophical thought, and modernization thought, science, and education etc.
2   Ability to comprehend religion, religious thought, and foundation system.
3   Ability to comprehend social and political structure in Turkish culture: government structure and organization, judicial system, tolerance, family, sheltering, settlement, food and drinks
4   Economical life: ability to identify agriculture, industry, transportation, communication,
5   Ability to identify differences in process from immigration culture to settled culture.
6   Ability to comprehend essential differences which effect Turkish culture.
