Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give an understanding of administrative organization of the state in terms of structure, function and reform.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define the terminology and to summarize the development of public administration
2   Being able to recognize the structure and the organization of the Turkish Public Administration
3   Being able to restate the horizontal and vertical relations of the organizations of public administration.
4   Being able to list the basic principles of public administration
5   Being able to find a solution for the problems encountered in public administration system
