Course Objective

To monitor the development of local government within the framework of the European Union and also to evaluate the effects of this process on the local government units in Turkey.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to identify constitution of European Union 2   Being able to identify institutions of European Union 3   Being able to express perspective of local governments in EU. 4   Being able to evaluate EU- Turkey relations 5   Being able to evaluate effects of local governments in EU in Turkey.
