Course Objective |
The object of the course of Property Regimes is to learn the legal and optional property regimes which govern the relationships arising between the spouses due to their properties in the conjugal union; to be able to carry out the dissolution of the properties as per the property regime valid between the spouses under the former Civil Code and the Turkish Civil Code; to criticize the provisions related to the property regimes and generate solutions in accordance with the principles governing the property regimes. |
